Focus areas

Our sustainability focus areas

01

We reduce our climate impacts

We develop our operations over the long term to become more energy efficient and reduce emissions. We take climate risks into account in decision-making and continuously seek more responsible solutions for production, logistics and everyday operating practices.

Total greenhouse gas emissions decreased by 15 % in 2025.

02

We create food solutions that support well-being

We want to make fresh, tasty and convenient food easily accessible. We focus on the nutritional quality, freshness and food safety of our products so that consumers can make good choices easily, even in busy everyday life.

Fruits and vegetables accounted for 52 % of the content of our products.

03

We build a responsible supply chain

Sustainability is built in collaboration across the entire value chain. We develop sourcing, traceability and supplier collaboration so that shared operating principles and sustainability expectations are clear both for us and for our partners.

Approximately 40 suppliers account for 80 % of our procurement spend, and developing sustainability throughout the supply chain is a key priority.

04

We care for people and our work community

A healthy, safe and skilled work community is the foundation of responsible growth. We invest in occupational health and safety, employee well-being, competence development and a diverse work community where everyone has the opportunity to succeed.

Sustainability as part of management

At Fresh Servant, sustainability is integrated into strategic management, risk management and day-to-day decision-making. Our aim is to ensure that sustainability considerations are taken into account in business development, investments and collaboration across the entire value chain.

Clear responsibilities

The implementation of our sustainability work is based on a clear division of responsibilities:

The Board of Directors oversees the progress of sustainability efforts.

Management is responsible for the implementation of sustainability objectives.

The Sustainability Steering Group coordinates development initiatives and reporting.

Ethical principles

Our operations are guided by high ethical standards. The Code of Conduct defines the principles we expect our own employees and business partners to follow. Ethical business practices support responsible business conduct, trusted collaboration, and compliance with laws and regulations.

Whistleblowing channel

We encourage employees and stakeholders to report any suspected misconduct or activities that may violate our operating principles. The whistleblowing channel enables reports to be submitted confidentially.

Transparency and continuous development

We believe in transparent reporting and the continuous development of sustainability. Our first sustainability report prepared in accordance with the VSME Standard describes the current state of our sustainability work, key metrics and main development priorities for the coming years.
